It will be reported immediately. I will repair or replace the item in good faith after discussing options with you. Please identify fragile/heirloom items in advance.

Depends on size/condition. As a guide: a tidy 2-bed/2-bath takes ~2-3 hours initially, then 1.5-2 hours for recurring upkeep. A house around 2000 sq ft typically takes ~3-4 hours for the initial deep clean, and then 2-2.5 hours for recurring maintenance.

Do you clean windows, and if so, are there extra charges?

Interior glass and sills are available as an add-on; exterior windows by quote (access and safety permitting).

Yes. Deep cleans typically include baseboards, doors/trim, switches/plates, vents, detailed kitchen/bathroom work, and extra time on built-up areas. Inside appliances/cabinets are optional add-ons.

Yes—interior oven and refrigerator cleaning available as add-ons (please empty the fridge ahead of time).

Tips are never required but always appreciated. Rates are set so tipping is optional.
